Swahili culture experience through music, singing story telling, dance and drumming.

I am a Tanzanian Swahili Pop Singer/Songwriter and Music Instructor. I’m excited to bring Swahili culture to America (especially in California where I’m based), through music, singing, story telling, dance and drumming.
I have been performing around the States and continue to do so in many different ways.
In July 2017 I was featured to teach at a summer camp at the New Village School in Sausalito.
I am passionate about performing and teaching music to all ages are welcome. Come yourself or bring your child and learn Swahili songs, rhythms, drumming, dancing and games for kids.

So whats next?
This Fall 2017 I am hosting a four week workshop for kids. It’s a Two hour program thats going to be on Saturdays from 10:00am-12:00. The Two hours will involve drumming simple Swahili rhythms and dancing. Simple Swahili Songs, Story telling and playing games.

What will your child get out of this?

Will learn new Language and develop the ability to experience a new culture.
